This is our new three-bedroom bungalow villa in a holiday development on the edge of the village of Fitou, about 10 miles back from the coast and 100 metres above sea level.  Our large terrace has a splendid view of the sea lakes and the Mediterranean beyond.

The living area has two patio doors which make the room very bright, and which lead onto the large L-shaped terrace.  There are shutters on all the windows.  The floors are tiled throughout the villa and on the terrace.  The terrace is equipped with a large patio table and chairs, four reclining chairs and an electric barbecue (all these can be stored in the garage).  Part of the terrace is covered, giving shade from the sun.  There is a small enclosed garden down a few steps from the terrace.  The villa has a TV with the free UK channels via Sky.

We supply clean bed linen and towels weekly.  The villa will be ready for you when you arrive, with the beds made.  Our French-speaking British agents (based in the village of Fitou) will assist with any needs you may have during your stay.  They will leave you a phone number for emergencies and agree arrangements for your departure.

Payment - non-refundable deposit of one third of rental charge to be paid at booking time. Full rental to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
